Define the physical format
State whether you need roll goods or finished panels. For panels, include finished width and height, edge treatment, eyelet spacing, joining method and any label or printed identification.
State the performance requirement separately
List flame-retardant, UV, tensile, debris-containment or visibility requirements as separate lines. This prevents a broad description such as “heavy duty net” from being treated as a complete technical requirement.
- Target standard and report requirement
- Outdoor exposure and project duration
- Color or corporate identification requirements
- Any compatibility requirement with scaffold ties or frames
Confirm samples before bulk production
A representative sample lets the buyer review mesh feel, color, edge finish and any printing. Where a fire test document is required, agree exactly which construction is covered before approving the production sample.
